A big fan of Ross’s wide selection of shoes, I hit the shoe section first. With enough flats to last me a lifetime, I went with these designer moccasins because they match almost anything and provide a little extra warmth for cold winter days and nights.
Next, when I’m shopping on a budget, I often look for dresses. Buying one piece of clothing instead of pants, a shirt, a belt, etc. is usually more cost effective. Plus, because I wanted something hassle-free, this cotton designer wrap dress on clearance was a no-brainer. Also, with a quick jewelry switch, it can transition into easily into Spring which is always a plus.
At 20-60% off department store prices, why would you pay anything more? Plus, Ross has aisles of staples like cozy knit sweaters, statement coats and the perfect pair of boots to keep you warm this winter.
